We do need a valid card number to secure all bookings and payment will be taken on the eve of your departure unless instructed otherwise.
For Isle of Scilly stopovers we will take total payment on the first part of your stay.
For bookings of five nights or more we ask for a non-refundable deposit of the first night taken at time of booking.
For group party bookings of more than 3 rooms, we also ask for a non-refundable deposit of the first night for each room booked which is taken at time of booking.
There after our normal terms and conditions apply.
75% of the total value of the booking will be charged if cancellations or cultailments are made with less than 21 days prior to arrival date, if we are un-able to relet the room(s). For cancellations made less than 24 hrs and no shows, 100% of the total amout of your stay will be charged to your card. We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance to cover this eventuality.
We are unable to book children under 14 on this system or accept group bookings of hen/stag or wedding parties. If you require this, please contact us direct.
We also regret that we are unable to accept animals here apart from guide dogs.
Our rooms and we are available for arrival from 4pm to 8pm.
If you are travelling by train, please contact us with your arrival time in advance. As we need to make sure we are here at our guesthouse to greet you.
We are unable to accept any late arrivals after 9.00 pm as we do not wish to disturb other guests.
Check out is by 10am.
